ADMISSION SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)



1.  Inquiry: Upon receiving an inquiry from prospective parents/guardians, the admissions office responds promptly, providing information about the school's admission process, curriculum, facilities, and any upcoming events such as open houses or tours.

2. Application Process: Parents/guardians are directed to the school website or provided with an application packet containing all necessary forms and documents.The application form collects basic information about the pupil, including previous education, medical history, and contact details.Along with the application form, parents/guardians are required to submit additional documents such as birth certificate, immunization records, and any academic or behavioral assessments if available.

3. Assessment: Prospective pupils are scheduled for an assessment to evaluate their readiness for the primary school curriculum. This may include basic academic skills, social interaction, and cognitive development.Assessment sessions are conducted by qualified staff members in a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure pupils feel comfortable and perform at their best.

4. Interview (Optional): An interview may be conducted with the prospective pupil and their parents/guardians to discuss their educational goals, interests, and any specific needs or concerns.The interview provides an opportunity for the school to assess the family's alignment with the school's values and educational philosophy.

5. Admission Decision: The admissions committee reviews the application, assessment results, and interview feedback to make an informed admission decision.Factors considered include academic readiness, behavioral suitability, diversity, and space availability in the desired grade level.

6. Notification: Parents/guardians are notified of the admission decision via email, phone call, or postal mail. The communication includes clear instructions on next steps for enrollment.

8.
